Appearance:
The stout pours out rich and dark, with a tan head. The brew is nice and dark and near opaque, when held up to the light the beer has a deep rich ruby colour. The head is pillowy and soft, almost creamy, leaves great lacing on the glass. Overall the beer looks great, dark and rich looking with a tan head. When held up to the light the beer is crystal clear and has a  deep ruby red colour.

aroma:
Aroma of the beer is very subtle, will see how it develops as it warms up. What I do get is a rich sweet malt, chocolate, roasted malt. I do not pick up any off flavours at all in the aroma. It's malty sweet and chocolatly. Smells great!

Flavour:
A clean bitterness upfront followed by sweet malt, roasted malt and chocolate. The vanilla is very subtle and leave a milt chocolate after taste on the palate. Nice dry finish on the beer. Only thing I pick up in the beer is aslight astringent feel on the tongue which comes from the roasted malt I would suspect.

Mouthfeel:
Smooth and silky, carbonation is a bit high for the beer, I think it could with a wee bit less priming sugar. The body is a medium to light, I feel it could have a bit more body to keeps those great flavours to linger on the palate a bit more.

Overall:
I think this is a great beer, it's malty, roasty and chocolate goodness in a glass. It's very easy drinking and would be great if you were after a few beers on a cold winters day. It is slightly over carbonated, but the next batch will be even better, if I know Tubedinoz at all! The flavours are distinct and work great together, the vanilla is a hard flavour to work with as you need a lot of vanilla to get that distinct flavour. The flavour in the brew comes across as a milk chocolate after taste. So what do I think about the beer? I thinks it's a great session able stout, that has great flavours and is very easy drinking.
